The solstice has come and gone, which means the days are getting shorter and shorter. But those evenings spent sitting and chatting in the garden don’t have to end so soon, not when you can replace the sunlight with light of your own. LED and solar-powered flower pots and planters are the latest thing to illuminate your garden. They come in all shapes and sizes, perfect for anything from small arrangements to large shrubs and trees.

Plus, they work like normal flower pots. Simply put them in your garden and they do the rest. So, the big decision: do you go for one colour, or many colours? A bold, bright colour can work really well, if you don’t already have a lot of decoration in your garden.
