Creative Living therefore reserves the right to re-quote and charge for these deliveries as our online shopping system-generated quote cannot factor in these chargeable delivery destinations during checkout. In the event that our determined orders are subject to delivery charges after checkout and payment, we will inform you and you will have the choice to either pay the difference or cancel your order which if paid for already will entitle you to elect a credit on your account or an immediate refund in full.
In the case of an immediate refund on an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), funds may only reflect in your account a day or two following the actual refund – this is beyond our control. In the case of an immediate refund on a credit card purchase, funds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account following the actual refund – this is beyond our control.
We use several different couriers for our deliveries depending on size, weight and the number of parcels. We can’t guarantee urgent orders or Next Day deliveries, but you are welcome to collect from the warehouse.
All stuff will be delivered to your doorstep directly. Deliveries are not done on weekends and public holidays and we only provide within South Africa. Our ability to deliver is also always subject to the availability of the goods and the supply of accurate delivery address details. Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible. An additional fee will be charged should the parcel be despatched with an incorrect address.
Collection From Warehouse
The collection option will be available at checkout if it applies to the product. Large items are only available for collection at our Johannesburg Branch in Northriding. Orders can be collected by prior appointment, and you will not be charged for delivery.
Collections can take place between Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm.
To arrange to collect your order from our warehouse, please get in touch with our Customer Service team, they will provide you with the full address and contact number, and you will need to give us 2 days notice prior to collection in case there is an item need to be ordered from local supplier.
Please send a copy of the waybill if you arrange your own courier for collection. Should you not personally be collecting your order and choose to have a courier collect on your behalf, Creative Living will not be held responsible in the event that goods are lost or damaged before reaching the purchaser.
Creative Living not only proudly serves South Africa, but we also welcome shoppers from all over the world. We would be happy to ship to your location, worldwide. We will only provide full containers currently. Include arranging a collection with your local couriers if you purchase one item or less than a container.
All prices are quoted and charged in South African Rand (ZAR), including the 15% South African VAT or US Dollar (USD). We do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price to take additional payment if required.
Shopping costs depend on the destination of your goods and the scale of the delivery. If your items are in stock, most International orders will be delivered within 4-10 weeks, our clever couriers have been known to move things along a lot quicker!
