 Sparkling Grapefruit

If you love mimosas, you’ll love this mocktail. It only requires Grenadine and Sprite.

Ingredients:

 x2 Cups Pomegranate Juice

x2 Cups Sugar

x2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

You can make the Grenadine at home by mixing the pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Then, cook over medium heat until the edges start to bubble and the sugar dissolves. Don’t let it boil and stir gently. Let it cool before bottling and keep it in the fridge.

In a fancy glass add ice and a splash of Grenadine, top up with Sprite, add a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint for garnish and serve.
